we use this to collect rents and leases in a rental building , great that there is no key it has a combination to open the back

Solid, quality box

I installed this in my new treehouse for the kids. It is very solid and I bought this one because it was so sturdy that it will hold up with lots of kids getting heavy use out of it. The outside has a double door to keep the rain out when the mail is dropped in. The mail falls down a diagonal shoot into the box on the inside. You need to enter your own chosen security code to get the box open. The security code is very easy to set with your own chosen numbers. I highly recommend this mailbox for the quality and durability.

Works but not in precut slot

It would have been useful to know that the covered slot is not able to be used in an existing door slot. The box works as advertised and expected but I wanted to use the front piece to replace an existing old door slot for mail

Does the job

It'll work for dropping keys or mail. However if your looking to have the box secure its not. The quality of the lock is similar to a child's diary lock

Dimensions are poorly specified- slot is much narrower than implied

Description states: 9.8'' x 2.3'' slot is suitable for smartphones, envelopes, small mails. When I measured it on our unit I found that the opening in the wall is actually 2.3" but the slot the mail has to go down is only 1.7" high, if I'm being generous. That is, nothing more than 1.7" high could be put down the slot. I've attached 2 photos. One showing the height of the opening at the wall and the other showing the maximum height of a package that could go into the slot. In addition, the finish on the flap over the opening looked like it was laid against a straightedge when the paint was wet. That is, there is a long streak without paint going from side to side. See the third image. I hope this will keep others from being mis-lead by the specifications.

Latch for lock is missing, can’t shut the door as it keeps opening

Very pleased

Pleased with the product itself but it was sent without the manual, so unable to lock or unlock the box. Have emailed and call the Vevor company and not getting any response. Great product, no customer service.

not Rainproof when it Rain inside mail box gona be full of water

I used as mail box wall mount. its good shap ,hard and solid but the only thing and most important its not waterproof as they mentioned I will use sillicon to seal it.
