Cheaply made, cheap fabric

Glad this was a "try before you buy". I had been eying this skirt - really wanting a fun new skirt to go with some new boots, and this looked perfect. I've gotten some lovely "Vince" blouses before that were good quality, and I had high hopes. I absolutely cannot believe how low quality this skirt is. Thin, cheap feeling fabric, elastic waistband, no lining. It looks like something I could have bought for $19.99 at my local discount store. Very disappointed. Don't waste your $
