Control buttons easy to get to. Cored length adequate.

Just the size and power that I need. Smaller than some and less powerful but the bigger ones are too aggressive. Quite operation. I can hear the TV easily with no increase in TV volume. Easy to transport and the power cord is almost always long enough to reach the outlet and still give me enough extra length to move it around on my back. neck and shoulders. Gave it only 4 starts because the heat is very faint, but I can feel it a bit.

Very noisy

It's very noisy. Can hardly hear tv with it going. Wish I had ordered a full back massage pad as this one only has 2 massagers and you have to apply quite a bit of pressure to really feel them. It does not get very warm either.

It's not powerful

I got this in hopes that it would assist in my neck and shoulder pain. It is not very powerful and doesn't really feel like a deeper tissue massager.

You do have to apply your own pressure of course but it’s a great value for what you get!

Cord Operated Only

You need to be by a plug because you can only use it while plugged in. Cord is short. Your better off with battery operated or both.

No more knots

Had a knot in my shoulder, this really worked it out. But, the wrap could be longer and the Velcro could be larger, to hold close.

Sounds like it's dieing

For my wife and I, this simply doesn't apply enough pressure. Holding the handles just doesn't get it in the right place with enough force and leaning/laying on it causes the massager to sound like it's going to break. Alright if you like a soft massage I guess.
