Satisfactory, but not excellent

I bought this umbrella to keep in my bag for school, and it seems to be small enough (though larger than I imagined) to serve this purpose. It will automatically open at the press of a [rather stiff] button on the handle, giving me enough protection from the rain to keep both me and my bookbag out of the rain. This umbrella lacks an auto-close feature, so you'll have to close it by hand. This umbrella may not be the best out there, but I'd say it's still a steal for the price at which it's being offered.

Easy Carry Umbrella

This is a great carry anywhere umbrella for anyone on the move. Large enough but not overwhelming. Good price and quality.

Works for 1 person.

It is a bit smaller than I thought. It will work for one grown adult, two if desperate... but not much coverage. Handle feels a bit flimsy, but for the price and size it's good to have in the car if you're in a pinch. Feels like it would work in a heavy storm that doesn't have gusty winds. For the price, I am happy with it. EDIT: 08/26/13 As I suspected, doesn't work well in gusty winds. Had a bad storm roll through a couple days ago and a gust blew the umbrella canopy backwards.

GOOD UMBRELLA

CALIFORNIA IS IN A REALLY BAD DROUGHT AND THERE HAS BEEN NO RAIN FOR A LONG TIME, SO I HAVEN'T HAD THE CHANCE TO USE THIS UMBRELLA. IT COMES WITH A CARRYING CASE AND SEEMS LARGER THAN OTHERS. GUESS UMBRELLA MANUFACTURES ARE UNHAPPY, BUT WITH NO RAIN IT MAY EVENTUALLY START..

Decent umbrella

This umbrella is okay and the auto-open works fine. But it does not auto-close as the description led me to believe it would. I get the impression from the rather lightweight construction that this will last me just one spring, but at this price, that's alright.

An ok umbrella

It's an ok umbrella - but the packaging is right over the secure-ribbon button so I by mistake cut that ribbon while trying to get the label off. So now I can't fully secure it, but it does work well.

seems good

I tough that it will be stronger but it seems very weak. Also I read the observations and it said that it can become inverted. I think for the price is good and also the size is big.
