For maximum results, we recommend using this sweat for 6-12 hours each day, remembering to remove it to allow time for the hair to breathe. Hair underneath the neck sweat should be adequately cleaned and groomed to continue to promote hair growth. Fabric binding on edges prevents tearing of neoprene liner.
