PRODUCT DESCRIPTION This exquisite PVC drain features a closing overflow, allowing the tub to be, "Over-filled" for that extra deep soak; required to ease both mind and body. Rotate the drain and the overflow fills partway. Rotate again, and the water will completely cover the drain for the ultimate in luxureousness. The tub drain uses a European tip-toe drain. Press once to close and again to open. Sch 40 PVC fittings and pipes glue together for complete adjustability, making this ideal for extra deep or very long runs. Better than home depot

The quality off the pipe is good but the installion was a not of a challenge. The overflow is difficult too install by yourself and the overflow is flimsy and falls apart easily.

Missing piece.

Updated: the missing piece was sent to us. We received this and when putting it together we were missing the top 90 degree piece. Otherwise it looks fine, but unfortunately we are unable to use it. I am hoping they could just send the missing piece vs returning the item and re-order.

Best bad product!

Waist 1,5 hours to put back flow. All parts split apart. Hope it will works as described. The problem is when you install bathtub it is not easy to replace drain and back flow. Don't buy it!

Love the look and function!

I absolutely love how this looks in our tub! We searched a ton of stores to find the drain and overflow cover in this color for a deep soak tub and had no luck. I love the option for standard fill, deep fill, or overflow that the overflow cover offers. Also, the push drain makes it so easy to drain the water. The only complaint I have is I wish the plumbing fit together without having to glue the pieces.

This works great

Holds water so its doesn't go down so you will not have to add more hot water like the old days. The best part is when you release the water to go down, man this thing is a beast! Water drains in no time. Love it

They don't honor the warranty

Buyer beware. I purchased this unit for a remodel we are doing and it fell apart in my hand while installing it. Seeing how it goes back in, I contacted customer service (Rose), who tells me, it was assembled when it was shipped, so obviously there was nothing wrong with it. This is a prime example of Horrible Customer Service and cheap parts from China. Update: Called Amazon and spoke to a member of management and explained this company is not only not honoring the warranty, but they have no idea how a warranty is supposed to work. Amazon asked me for all my correspondence with Westbrass and they are escalating the case to a top vendor manager, hopefully to stop doing business with this company.

Nice part , but no one at customer service .

Good solid unit. I’ve installed it and works great. I like the deep soaking option. My issue is that one of the plastic parts on the overflow knob was broken. I managed to still make it work but it looks like they sent me a used or returned unit which some broke. I wrote to the company Customer service to ask for a replacement piece but never heard back.
