Hard to find

This bulb has a unique texture/shape to the glass. It creates unique shadows on the wall. That is why we like it. As an incandescent bulb they are becoming harder to find. Glad that amazon is a source.

Warm White Pleasant Light Bulb

The 25 watt light bulb works great in dining room fixture with opalescent shades. Very nice. Warm white light

Looks just like incandescent

Looks just like the incandescent bulbs in my chandelier except for a different shape to the filament. The difference is hardly noticeable when lit and of course it uses 2.5W instead of 25W.

source of radio interference

These replaced a set of LED bulbs that were flickering. These do not flicker. But, they produce a tremendous amount of interference in the AM radio (medium wave) band.
