WHY I LOVE IT: This brush has been a game changer for me. I had seen it advertised online on different platforms and thought it was just a gimmick, but I was needing a travel sized brush for an upcoming trip. Thought I'd try this out since it's compact and inexpensive. I have fine, but thick, hair, so it tends to tangle easily both when it's wet and dry. So, when I used this for the first time, I was shocked that it is actually different from other brushes in that it moves through my hair so much more easily than others. It also seems that it leaves it with less frizz. My hair appears to have less breakage and I'm experiencing just the natural "shedding" process we go through. Finally, the act of brushing my hair is SO MUCH LESS PAINFUL. I still start at the ends and work my way to the roots if there is a really bad tangle, but it comes out so much more easily. But on wet hair, as long as I've conditioned it, the brush slides like butter straight through with no issues. Moreover, my hair seems softer than when I've had to pull and tug with other brushes. This may just be me, but I am also finding that it's not re-tangling as quickly when I put it up and take it down. I am thinking this may have to do with the texture it leaves after I brush my hair-it's buttery soft, but not oily. I liked the travel size so much I went to my local box store that sells it (had a coupon) and bought the large size. FOR MIGRAINE SUFFERERS: As I said above, this has been a game changer. An additional way is that I have a super tender scalp from chronic migraines. This brush keeps me from having to tug and pull on my hair. It was worth the purchase for this reason alone. FOR THOSE WITH PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS LIKE ME: In addition to my chronic migraines, I have a pain disorder and sometimes it's hard to hold my arms up to blow out my long hair or style it, so I need brushes that are comfortable to hold, generally light and easy to handle. I was initially concerned the travel size might not be big enough to give me enough grip to pull through the tangles. But it worked beautifully and even on my most painful days, I have had no trouble at all. BONUS ABOUT THIS LINE: When I bought my large brush, I saw they have a full line of different types of brushes. They have "infused" wet brushes, fast dry wet brushes with open backs if you blow out your hair with them, and rectangular shaped full size as well. So, the line is quite varied. Just like the travel size, the full line is affordably priced, and I would personally like to thank them for doing so. ANY CONS: I've only been using for a little less than a month. So I can't comment on longevity and I'm not sure what the body is made from. What I can say is that they are ranked 4.8 out of 5 Stars here on Amazon with over 29,000 reviews and certainly don't need mine. I can also say when I mentioned all the above to my own professional stylist (which I rarely share any of my products with) because I was so surprised at how well it worked, she told me SHE TOO HAD PURCHASED a couple different types of the Wet Brushes (I think the rectangular shaped and the original), and ALSO LOVES THEM. If it turns out there are any cons, I will return to this post and let you guys know! Hope this helps!
