E-Z Streets. Fun with Lionel Trains and a trolley and truck Around Christmas Tree
I have had EZ Streets for quite a while set up around the Christmas Tree. The 16 in radius is indeed tight, but the 21 inch curves allow for that second lane. I recently ordered the new Milk truck. CUTE! It presently runs on the same track as the MTH Christmas Trolley. When the trolley bumps into the Milk truck it reverses, but the milk truck keeps going. OK We have seen the glee in the kid's eye as the bump and keep going. I have to keep the speed reasonably slow. The trolley is faster. Anyway next year two lanes. I will be building my collection of tracks and EZ street vehicles, that go so nicely with the O gauge trains. The Christmas display takes up 1/3 of our living room! We had a large shed built for a future large train layout, now with EZ Streets as part of the layout plan. Our theme will be Christmas Time in the mid 1950's. Which are the last days of steam power, so my collection of Lionel, MTH, Atlas and Williams locomotive engines can run on that near future 400 square foot area layout. I enjoy the Christmas season. Hopefully, it will bring that season of joy and fun all year long!
