Just the right size
Baking personal sized cheesecakes

Baked Perfectly
This was a perfect pan for a small cheesecake recipe. I use the traditional method and wrapped the pan in heavy duty foil then placed in a hot water bath. I had no leakage at all. The foil plus a graham cracker crust probably helped. However, that’s how I bake a cheesecake all the time. The cheesecake smells delicious.

Mastering the 6 inch Cheesecake made easy!
I love this pan. I bought another 6 inch pan from another source and this one far exceeds the quality. Who can eat a 12" cheesecake. Cut the size in half and you won't feel guilty about making them more often. Yum.

Perfect Size! So cute!
Some reviewers have complained of seepage, but I plan to use this for my no-bake cheesecakes. The size is perfect. The 8-9" cheesecakes I make tend to come out too flat. It looks like I skimped on the batter! This cute little mold will make for a taller cheesecake with the same amount of batter. Love it.

Love my 6-inch springform pan
Every year I make a certain special cheesecake for my daughter’s birthday. As we all (family members) age, we’re eating fewer sweets. So, instead of one huge cheesecake, I make a couple of 6” cakes. Give one to the birthday girl and stick the other in my freezer. This Wilton product works as advertised, cleans easily and is worth the price.

It’s good but has leakage flaw
Okay so it is a spring form pan, and it’s wonderful and does the job. I love that it is tall so it’s awesome for making tall cheesecakes etc. However, I would be weary about leakage. I made a gram cracker crust the goes at the bottom which is why it insulates it to prevent leakage, however it did leak through one day. Overall I gave it 3 stars because it is great you just have to do trouble shooting. It’s really hard to find tall cheesecake pans. Would I recommend the product? It just depends, if you like hassle free baking then no, but if you are ok with having to do minor trouble shooting to adjust to the flaws of this pan then do it!
