This is a nearly flat strainer.
The Winco MSS-6.5 Strainer is a nice 6 1/2 inch strainer that appears to be sturdy and well made but make sure this is the right shape strainer for your application. The MSS-6.5 is made from stainless steel and the bucket is a single coarse mesh, meaning the mesh is probably too large for sifting fine materials such as flour. This is a nearly FLAT strainer with an angled handle. It won't handle a pot of spaghetti very well. It is not well suited for general purpose kitchen cooking, but rather is designed for specific cooking situations such as scooping fish fillets or chicken legs from an oil fryer. I have uploaded three images showing top and side views and the strainer dimensions.

Bad description - should be "Fine Mesh" not "Coarse Mesh"
I think "Coarse Mesh" is not an accurate description for this product. I already had a strainer with a mesh pitch of around 12 openings per inch (~2mm) which is fine enough to sift flour well and was looking for something more coarse. This product has way smaller holes, having around 25 openings per inch (~1mm pitch). It's probably just mis-labelled "coarse" because I can't imagine a "fine" mesh strainer like this could be useful. Besides this problem the product seems OK. It might be handy for deep frying tiny stuff but unfortunately I have no use for it.

restaurant quality strainer.
I use this to strain smoothies and it works really well straining out the pulp. I also use this to strain out some of the lemon pulp from fresh lemonade. My strainer has never rusted, but if you use acidic things like lemons or limes, you should rinse it asap.

Strainer lists as a "coarse" mesh strainer but is actually a "fine"mesh strainer
good product, mesh listed is incorrect
