Lightweight, but lots of surface area

This Rondeau is perfect for searing short ribs, or any other meat prior to braising. The aluminum heats quickly & holds its temp. Clean up is a breeze...but stay away from acids & cleaners that might react w/ the metal.

Best pot ever.

This pot is a must have for anyone that cook/fry for a big family.i placed my order on Friday and got this on Sunday.is was less than 2days.fast shipping and delivery. Pot is very sturdy. Good quality.is just the best pot so far.i search for this pot elsewhere but here I got it at a reasonable price.really I love this pot.thanks alot.

My colleagues from the Pleasant Valley (NY) Democratic Committee and I bought this pan and a cover for it to use along with the Bayou Classic SP10 High-Pressure Gas Cooker to cook our famous fried dough (including our new and popular bacon & asiago fried dough at the 2014 Pleasant Valley (NY) Weekend. The set up worked fabulously, providing us with great capacity and very efficient use of propane. I would heartily recommend the entire set up to any other organization wanting an easy way to provide quality fried items to a crowd.

excellent quality

well made and sturdy. This is no cheap Chinese pot....made in Korea. The Brasier is just short of 16 inches wide from inner wall to inner wall. From outside handle to other outside of handle its 20 1/2 inches wide, so it has a large footprint. 5 1/4 inch depth. Fits easily inside a normal oven.

Useless pot

This pot is unusable for me. It takes FOREVER to heat up water, and the water never, never reaches a rolling boil.

Good quality!

The Winware Brasier is heavier weight aluminum than others I've seen. It cooks very evenly and should last for years.
