The Woodford 17P-8-MH is intended for year round residental irrigation purposes & has a 8" Rough-in or 9 3/8" Mounting depth.

Excellent product

Well made, excellent sillcock. Exact replacement for the original unit in my 2003 home that froze and split due to the garden hose being left on during a deep freeze....not the fault of the sillcock, my fault for not unhooking the hose in winter. Otherwise I would still have my original unit. Pay attention to the thread configurations of the different models, mine needed the 1/2" female threads (MH model) to connect to my plumbing.

Quality is very good

The quality is much better than the ones from the big box store. The fit between the components is very good. I would buy these again.
