Liked it a lot.

I have now bought this twice. Works well to hold five pairs of shoes, fits back in the corner nicely. The first one has held up for almost a year. And it looks nice.

Female shoes only.

I bought this for myself, but none of my shoes were able to fit in this, so I replaced with the other shoe rack from Yamazaki home and I really love it. My size is 9.5. It looks stylish so I think this taller one will be good for female shoes.

Not wide enough for mens size 12

Mens shoes size 12 do not fit, including narrower type shoes like slippers/Olukai/Allbirds shoes. Womens size 10 shoes fit depending upon the sole size (i.e. Brooks running shoes are a tight fit, Converse and Danskos fit nicely.

Perfect size for small entry-way

Fits about 7 pairs of shoes. Great size for a small entryway. Takes less than a minute to assemble and has a great slim profile.

Yamazaki’s customer service overcame the terrrible packaging and missing screws.

It arrived without any bolts or screws to hold it together. I wanted to return it, but it was impossible to repackage the two halves once they were removed from the box. Unfortunately, there’s not an option to return it without the box. I gave up and am hoping it’s possible to find screws to repair it myself. It’s very disappointing to have to have my time wasted trying to fix this. It seems like a great design if it had just arrived with all the parts. *Update* I contacted Yamazaki’s customer service and they immediately sent me the missing screws. It was frustrating that I wasn’t able to use it right away, but at least the company corrected the issue promptly. The shoe rack works perfectly and holds 5 pairs of shoes in a compact space.

Looks nice but its really small

Gives a minimalist, classy feel, but did not expect it to be as small as it is. It fits 6 pairs of shoes, does the job.

No More Shoes Scattered Everywhere.

Its minimalist design is partly why I like it. Anything larger would overwhelm the space. The other reason I like it--it holds all 5 pairs of my most often worn, everyday shoes!! Formerly, I found myself feeling annoyed several times a day for stumbling over shoes at my tiny apartment's entrance (which also happens to be my kitchen). Now the floor is clear AND clean. Assembly? What assembly? I simply took out my screw driver and installed 4 little screws, connecting the bottom of the rack to its top. Voila! And, as far as I can see, durability shouldn't be an issue for years to come (barring a loose screw, it comes with one spare). The matte black finish is nice too & matches the coat tree it stands beside. I only wish I'd found it months ago. I'm very happy with my purchase. 3 Year Update: My little shoe tower has held up very well and shows no signs of wear. (Of course i live alone and have no children or pets fiddling with things.) As for those who are forcing it to do double and triple duty, be fair. As the pictures illustrate, each tier is made to hold a single pair of shoes. Of course, sandals and other smallish shoes may allow room for more. However, it is best used as intended and unfair, therefore, to take off points because it doesn't hold more than you'd like. I'm a size 11 and have found that each tier allows me to easily slide in a pair of slippers or sandals on top of my tennis shoes and loafers.

Perfect shoe rack for small spaces

This is the perfect item for a town home or apartment, where there’s very small entryway space for shoes.

Good little shoe rack

Keeps our front entry a little tidier. Holds toddler shoes and adult shoes. Simple and pleasing design. Easy to move. And of course toddler has to drag it around for no apparent reason.

Nice for a small space

This shoe rack is attractive, looks like it would be sturdy enough (I didn’t actually put it together as am returning it), and would be good for a small space. However, it looked ‘lost’ in a more open space by my front door. It also arrived with a few marks / scratches unfortunately.

Compact simple shoe storage

These shoe racks are compact and perfect for my needs requiring a minimum of space and are easily moved for cleaning. I highly recommend Yamasaki products that are really created with their intended use. Maybe a tad bit pricey.

Great storage solution for limited space.

Great space-saving show rack, easy to lift up and clean underneath. A bit pricy but real estate square footage is as well I guess.

Fits men’s size 11!

I really love these. Being a men’s size 11 I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews, but I managed to fit all of my trainers and shoes on just fine - even a pair of Caterpillar boots on the top rung. Very happy. They are pricey but worth it for a neat and good looking storage solution.
