You get what you pay for...

Looks like they sent me someone else's return. Was not in original box. Made in China so bowls seem cheaply made. The bowls had black and red marks on them, hopefully I can scrape them off. The stickers are on the inside which is not a good idea, since you have to scrub hard to get them off. The stand seems sturdy enough, had some scratches on it. Just wish quality control was better. When I pay for a brand new item, I expect to get the item in pristine condition with no marks or stains. I guess you get what you pay for.

Very shiny, stainless steel! The bowls are larger than I was expecting (not a problem). I have a 55 pound lab/pit mix, and this may be ever so slightly short for her-but totally doable. My 2-10 pound cats also get up and snag some food out of here- they have to stand on their hind legs and stretch a little to get inside because the bowls are so deep! All in all, The set does not take away from the room (possibly adds to it), and makes for a tidier spot for my animals to eat in, which is all I was looking for!

Highly Recommend

I am very pleased with my most recent purchase of the YML 10 inches Large Wrought Iron Food Bowl Stand. I have a full grown outdoor Dogo Argentino dog that we bought this food bowl set for. I was very impressed with the overall quality of this item. The wrought iron is sturdy, level to the ground, and has cute dog bone shape legs for decoration (didn't notice that in the picture when I bought it). The bowls are stainless steal and deeper than I thought they would be. I have had thicker bowls before but I feel that they are still good quality. No complaints, better than what I expected, excellent quality, great for indoor or outdoor use, fast shipping, and not something you can typically find in our area without paying 10x more.

This photo is very accurate. The height is perfect for my Rat Terrier, who stands about 18'' tall (paw to withers). Only 4 stars because the bowls are quite light and sometimes they rattle a bit, which scares my timid rescue. Also, he doesn't like to see his reflection in the metal water bowl. In retrospect, I probably should have gotten a set with ceramic bowls, only because my guy is afraid of his own shadow!

What is up with the labels?

This was okay. HOlds up well, but there were stickers on the bottom of each bowl that were next to impossible to get off. It was ridiculous. They should have put it on the bottom outside, not bottom inside. The bowls don't look like the ones in the picture - instead they look like they are rice bowls for cooking? That's what the label said on them too. So, I was disappointed there. It will work and so far is holding up, but there were definitely these issues.

Cute design, great height for my puppy. Prevents extra food & water drippings on the floor. Dropped my rating by a star because the bowls are quite thin & I can't get the sticker residue off of the inside of the bowls. Why put a sticker (especially one that leaves residue) on the eating/drinking surface of the bowls?

Measure dog's height first

Works great , good quality - I didn't expect it to be quite as tall when my dogs tried to eat from it . I ended up sawing about 2 inches off the legs which works better for the size of my dogs . You probably need to measure distance from your dogs chest to the ground BEFORE selecting your stand .

Great stand at a great price

We got this in the large size for our English Bull Terrier pup and it is the perfect size. The bowls are bigger than they look in the picture. There is a bit of noise when he is eating or drinking with the metal on metal but not enough to downgrade a star. The dog bone legs are a cute touch. The overall look of this item is great considering the price. It seems very sturdy and we needed something our 9 month old puppy couldn't destroy or chew in a day. I would recommend this to anyone in the market for dog food/water stands.
