Line is strong for it's rating.

Line works well for us. We use 4lb test to catch smaller fish, but we've also caught larger fish including small sharks and line didn't break.

Best of both worlds, nylon mono and flurocarbon

This is tough line, nearly invisible in water... It's thin like fluorocarbon, highly sensitive but is not overly stiff. I bought this to go Walleye fishing since they are line shy. I have been told, if Walleye can see your line they are less likely to bite. I loaded the Yo-Zuri hybrid onto my baitcaster paying attention to ensure the line spool was oriented the same way as the reel spool. Then I treated the line with a premium line & lure conditioner. After tuning the baitcaster I never had a bird's nest or a fouled up line. I was the only one of our fishing group to bring in Walleye, the biggest of which was 22-24" and weighed about 5lbs. I love this line and will not go back to nylon mono or traditional fluorocarbon. The price point is perfect, a real value for such high quality line. I hope this helps you make in informed decision! Yo Zuri 10lb hybrid

Super stiff. Decent sensitivity, but the memory and stiffness kind of does away with anything you could like about this line. May be okay as a leader but not as a main line.

Very strong

I use 4lb - 10lb yozuri hybrid. when using line conditioner its some of the best line i have ever used. 4lbs test breaks at like 10 - 12lbs and the 6lb test is more than that. its very strong. i have yet to break the line when a fish is on. i fish for panfish to bass. mainly bass. the 4lb test is a little on the thicker side of 4lb test diameter but the pure strength makes up for it. the 6lbs test is only .01 higher making it thin yet very strong. 6lb test is my favorite. thats even for bass. if i am strictly targeting lunkers 5lbs+ i use the 8lb - 10lb. plenty strong

Fished with this line for years

Use it for smallmouth with ultra light spinning. I've also caught many walleye using this as leader with light bottom bouncer and floating jig (yes with teeth) in heavily pressured reservoir. Strong and durable--especially important with light line. I also use it often as a 2ft or so leader for fly fishing.
