Too big for a chihuahua but easily adjusted
My chihuahua loves mini plush bones, and I couldn't resist this fabulous deal, especially when other reviewers thought they were about right for a dog his size. Unfortunately, while they are labelled mini bones, I suppose that is relative to the other products from the manufacturer. The bones come very well stuffed, so they each weighed about as much as Peanut's head, and he couldn't get his mouth around them to squeak the squeaker, toss them about or bring them to me for fetching games. I carefully snipped the stitching, one stitch only, on a side and opened it up carefully, just enough to start removing the stuffing. I took it out a little at a time and tossed the bone to him. When I had removed enough, he picked it up and started playing with it and has played with it happily since then. I haven't even needed to stitch up the small hole. Very pleased

Some Happy Dogs!
We have two dogs less than 10 lbs and a 40 lb mutt. One of them isn't big on toys, but the other two love these small bones. The larger dog throws them and catches them, rolls on them, and squeaks them until she kills the squeaker - but then keeps playing! As a Christmas present for them we bought one of these strips because it was cheaper than most of the 3-4 packs. They were all incredibly excited looking at it and are now going crazy in the living room. Too bad I can't post a video review - it's hilarious! I'll try to review later on their durability but related ones we have purchased in the past have lasted several months at our house - they like them too much to tear them up!
