Can I get some money off on the damaged part

This is a nice cabinet but when installing it one of the brackets was broken that holds the shelf. Instead of 3 shelves I only have two You can clearly see there are only 2 shelves installed.

Missing items from shipment

I ordered the Zenna Home, brushed nickel frame, 24.5 x 30.5 inch mirrored medicine cabinet. It arrived quickly, very nice finish, beautiful frame. However, when the contractor came to install it, there were no shelves, no hinges, no shelf clips. I want 2 more of the same cabinets for my other bathrooms but am waiting for the missing pieces.
