Quality not as expected!

Having received other hats from this manufacture (Zephyr) I was totally disappointed in the quality of the material. I was very thin and does not hold it's shape well. Also whoever packages the product (Amazon or a 3rd party) should know that you don't put a formed hat in a flat plastic bag for shipping!
