Not a WH2950-B-XL

What I received was not what is described. What is being sold is a WH2950-B-XL, which should be 5-5/8" Height, 1-5/8" Diameter. What is being sent out is a 1260XL-B, which is about 6 7/8" height (not including threads), 1" diameter, which is what is marked on the cartridge, even though the outer plastic is marked WH2950-B-XL. I tried ordering twice, hoping that the first 2 were just a mistake, but the same exact thing came the second time around. 1260XL-B wrapped in plastic marked WH2950-B-XL. I'll be returning these as well as they're just too tall.
