Not as good of quality as expected

Got it and one of the feet were off. They are just glued on. The ring around the ice spout is plastic! That was a surprise. Thought this would be better quality. Thats why i bought a major brand! Im not real pleased, but will keep it. Too much hassle to send back.

Awesome purchase

I have two issues with this item other than that it’s perfect. Issue number one is the top part waste a lot of ice because it come back up as you pull the lever up. The second is I always seem to run out of ice.. as a new snow cone business I purchased two and I’m completely satisfied

Plenty of Snow in August!!

The machine works perfectly! So glad I purchased this!! The online video is misleading, the guy pushes a button and holds it, there's a switch on the front and a black button on the side. It does nothing when you hold those. HOWEVER, the safety is a tiny button at the base of the handle! I'd have given this 5 stars, except the rubber grip handle smells so bad, I had to remove it, and the cord also smells horrible! I left both outside to air out, but both continue to have a STRONG rubber/engine grease smell. The machine works just as well without the handle! Thank you for making my sons 1st Birthday perfect!!

Super excited about the ice cone machine

This was my first time ordering an ice cone machine I'm super excited about it I can't wait to try the machine out I feel like a little kid in a candy store I just love snow cones, and I just can't wait to make my own.

Make sure the screw is through the handle

I thought it wasn’t working at first but then realized it has a safety feature make sure the screw is through the hole in the handle

The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is I thought it could shave the ice a little finer.

Happy

It works as it should and is perfect for parties. My only complaint is that when you pull the handle up to add more ice it brings up so much of the shaved ice and wastes it. Have towels on hand and make sure it’s clean and dry before you put it away.
