This thing flies incredibly far
My friends and I have been throwing Aerobies for several years now, and I'd like to think that we've got them somewhat figured out. First of all the Aerobie Pro is 13", not 14". I don't know where that 14" number came from. The Aerobie Pro can be thrown incredibly far, if you tune it properly and throw it just right. Most Aerobies taken right out of the package with no tuning tend to curve sharply to the right, if you throw them standard frisbee style. You have to bend them downward pretty sharply to get them to fly more or less flat, but no matter what you do, they will usually want to curve to the right at least a little bit. This is because of a phenomenon called "gyroscopic precession". You can counter that tendency by releasing them either totally flat or with the right edge angled down just a tiny bit. It's a little tricky, but if you tune them and throw them correctly, they will fly an incredible distance. I like the yellow colored ones the best because they're easier to see. That's important because they're very thin and coming at you from very far away, so the easier it is to see them, the better. it takes some patience to master the Aerobie, but once you get the hang of them, they're super fun! One more thing. I know a lot of people buy these to use as dog toys, but I wouldn't recommend that. They're very soft and easily damaged by dog teeth. I can't imagine an Aerobie lasting very long as a dog toy.

Lots of fun for me and the 5y/o
Was using this with the kids. 8y/o and a 5y/o. The 8 y/o wanted to see how far he could throw it so at a 45deg angle he let loose and it is now lodged 60 feet up in a pine tree. So we bought another. The 5y/o catches it by putting his hand through the center. A backhand throw by him rivals his older brothers forehand throw. So everyone at any age can feel like a pro with this disc.

flies far
My son and his friend tried this recently, and they liked it so much that the friend got one of his own. It is lightweight and sturdy. The material is rubbery enough to not hurt your hands when you catch it. Be sure to use this in a wide open area, because it goes so far that it otherwise could end up in a tree or over a fence.

Awesome for beginner and casual frisbee throwers. It actually goes straight with ease
This frisbee is amazing!!!! Even a small child can throw it straight and can have fun with it. I started tossing around a frisbee when my kiddo started walking and the weather started warming up. Kid loves to be outside to explore our backyard and I found throwing a frisbee to be fun and relaxing while out. I tried a normal frisbee and I sucked st it and I bought a few different frisbees and discs to try out. This blew every frisbee out of the water. It’s easy to toss, light weight, goes straight! And that’s all I need it to do

Fun, but there's a learning curve...
Got the minidiscs to toss around the yard. after about 30 minutes, some impressions: - They seem durable and high quality. They're a solid, soft rubber that feels good in the hand. - There's a learning curve. They need to be thrown sidearm, which isn't a huge deal, but they really don't seem that accurate. - They move fast. They don't "float" like a traditional frisbee or disc. They move more like a baseball. - The end result of the inaccuracy and speed is that you really can't have a nice game of catch. Rather, you end up with a game of "toss the disc in the general vicinity of someone else, then have them go pick it up off the ground." - Definitely not for 5 year olds. too complex, in my opinion.

Easy to use
Bought this for my border collie, Hazel. I also have this same frisbee in the larger size and both are very easy to throw and hover for long distances when thrown correctly. I like how it hovers for longer distances than other heavier frisbees, giving my dog time to catch it. Be cautious when it is windy because it can easily be taken by the wind.

Easy and fun!
The ring design frisbee makes it easier to throw and catch over larger distances, our family just loves these! If I had any complaint it would be to make it float - since that’s how we lose them :(

Hours of fun!
These things are amazing. With a little practice the can fly dead straight. They go a long way - even kids can throw them the length of a football field. We did lose ours. We ordered another same day - and then we found the original. Happy to keep both and have a backup. Simple and fun for the whole family!

very good frisbee
The media could not be loaded. Best frisbee I had. Is light weight, its soft, and goes really far away, even with wind. I bought it to play with my dog. I know is not very suitable for dogs, after the first use the frisbee had all types of bites around, but after teaching to dont bite too hard the frisbee, we had been enjoying a lot this frisbee, and for sure I will buy it again.
