Not for dogs who chew/bite their leashes.

The leash is sturdy and does its job well. The only drawback is the Bruins logo is a piece of fabric that is sewn on, but the stitching does NOT hold up to puppies with sharp teeth who like to tug on the leash. So the fabric with the logo is beginning to fall off after less than 2 months of use, but the leash itself is still fully functional. If your dog doesn't chew on its leash, then you'll have no problems at all!

Think ahead

This leash with Boston Bruins Logos looks great and paired with a Bruins collar (the dog is named after a player) is a nice treat for a hockey fan... BUT the leash is not very thick, not at all soft (so when the dog bolts the leash is going to hurt your hand), and if you thought ahead (as I did not) a yellow leash and collar gets awfully dirty awfully fast. Best stick to dark colors.
