Smaller than most birdbaths

If your looking for a smaller version of a birdbath, this one might meet your needs. Has a nice base that you can plant flowered in or decorate any way you like Doesn’t lean perfectly straight up for some reason? But it’s acceptable

Small and could be sturdier but really can't beat it for $23

Alpine Corporation TIZ112 Alpine Plastic Outdoor Decor for Garden, Patio, Deck, Porch-Green Birdbath with Planter Pedestal, 25 Inch Tall, 15"L x 15"W x 25"H, Turquoise Title pretty much says it all. 25 inches tall by 15" wide is not a substantial or very impressive size for a bird bath but it's advertised as exactly what it is, and it's just big enough to serve it's intended purpose and not be laughably small. It screws together nicely, nothing was warped or anything, and it feels just sturdy enough to be decent. Nothing feels particularly thick, strong, or substantial, even for plastic, but it's just adequate enough for what it is. If you assemble it then put a bit of pressure on the top and give it a wobble you can see the flat part of the base flexing enough that it's not very impressive but it seems like it will hold up to normal use. If I had one serious critique that would be it. It needs more substantial reinforcement ridges on the base. Maybe a little thicker and/or taller reinforcements, maybe 4 instead of 3 if simply increasing their size didn't stiffen it up. Maybe just thicker plastic on the bottom of the base. But that seems to be it's weak spot. Some kind of ridges, rings, or thicker spots of some kind to keep the bowl from warping probably wouldn't hurt either. Mine is good but I've heard others had some warpage and, like the thing as a whole, it's just good enough to be what it is but I could easily see if it sat in the box wrong or even a few days outside in extreme heat things getting a bit wonky. All that aside it's really a decent little birdbath for $23. It looks nice, is sturdy enough that it doesn't seem like it's gonna break immediately, and is big enough to accommodate several birds should more than one gather. Had I paid the full $45 price I don't think I'd be super happy. For $45 I'd want something that felt a little more rigid and durable. I had intended to put some sort of little solar fountain in it in the middle of an upside down bowl of some kind, maybe surrounded by a few rocks, to give the hummingbirds a place to bathe. I'm still gonna do that but will be a bit more mindful of the overall weight. But to be fair that's not this things intended purpose. If you fill it normally it holds somewhere around 1.5 gallons and is relatively stable and secure feeling. It's not really too flimsy as intended, just not really impressively sturdy. And a simple solar fountain I'd say the same, that should be fine - I'm guessing. But if you get much beyond that I feel like you'll be testing it's limits or finding out what it takes to warp it on a hot day.

Nice product for the price

Bird baths are ridiculously expensive so I am very pleased with these and the price I paid for them. They are lightweight but you can easily weigh then down with dirt, flowers, decorative rocks, sand, etc. I ordered 2 and I would order again if I need to.

Almost gave 4 stars but didn’t…

I got this to supply bees a source of water near my apple trees this summer. I almost gave it 4 stars on sturdiness for being so light and flimsy, BUT to be fair, I pegged it into the ground and put rocks around it and it hasn’t moved. Very windy days this past week and it still has water sitting in it fine, so for the price, it’s doing exactly what I needed.

A bird was drinking from it within an hour of setting it up

Will put flowers in the bottom part soon. I also got a 14" flower pot saucer and filled with water for the mourning doves. Both together bring a lot of new birds looking for drinking and bathing water.

This is really lovely.

When my Mother's old birdbath was so covered in black mold that just wouldn't get clean no matter what, I bought this to replace it as I couldn't find her old white classic birdbath available anywhere. This is a very nice, clean design, easy to assemble and sturdy enough. The only problem? The birds don't seem to like it much. But the dogs think it is their new water bowl and it's kinda amusing to seem trying to drink out of it. Took one star away because the birds don't seem to like it and that's what I bought it for. My Mother loves to watch the birds drink and bathe and they don't. I will keep my eye out for a new one like her old one.

Very easy to assemble. Put together in 5 minutes. Nice color. Sturdy. Like that it has a planter at the base. I recommend.

Love this product

This product is perfect for my backyard. Super easy to assemble. I also bought a little fountain to go inside and I love the quality of the Alpine birdbath. I spend hours watching the birds. In these dark days, everyone should treat themselves to this birdbath. Also, there is a small planter for flowers at the bottom.10 plus all the way.Thank you, Alpine

Nice birdbath

I like this birdbath because it was easy to assemble and I like the fact that I could plant flowers in the bottom. The only thing I don’t like about it is that within less than 24 hours, the water starts turning green and there is a definitive green ring within the tub I have to scrub the birdbath every single day. It’s getting plenty of use with the birds that visit my backyard, but I don’t like the fact that it always looks like there’s mold in the bath itself

This is a nice bird bath, good quality for plastic, easy to assemble. I added a solar fountain and looks great. Using the planter part to grow lettuce for the wild bunnies!

Does the job. Birds love it

We had only 1 birdbath and it was deeper. I wanted a shallower one and a second one too. I was hesitant in case this would tip easily. It does come with spikes. I added more to reinforce it and it works well to stay in place. I added a big flat rock to make the middle more shallow for smaller birds. It took a week and then all the birds, big and small, discovered it.

Very Cute

The description says 25" and it's true. We like the colour and the look of it, but it is really small! We hoped to put it in the garden but it looked ridiculously tiny among the plants, so we put it on the lakeside deck beside some urns of flowers and then put a little solar fountain in it and it looked fine there. Just be prepared for how petite it is.
