Don't let the small size fool you; these bits are precisely machined and carbide-tipped., #MR0110, diameter (D): 3/8, radius (r): 3/32, cutting height (B): 3/8, shank (D): 1/4, overall length (L): 1-13/16, replacement bearing: 47775, flutes: 2, D1: 3/16, MR0110 carbide Tipped miniature corner Rounding 3/32 radius x 3/8 dia x 3/8 x 1/4 inch shank with mini 3/16 dia lower ball bearing FROM THE MANUFACTURER Since 1972, Amana Tool has been producing router bits and has become the global leader in its field. In fact, the company was the first manufacturer to produce router bits according to the Holz BG German standard for safety and quality. This standard contains rules that determine the structure and quality of the tool's material in order to create the safest environment for the user. High-tech machinery processes the carbon alloy steel to manufacture the router bodies in a single clamping. This yields router bits with superior balance, centricity, precision and symmetry. Each Amana Tool exclusive miniature bit features a 3/16-Inch diameter ball bearing guide that is much smaller than other ball bearing router bits on the market, making the bits ideal for delicate projects such as sign-making, building musical instruments, routing letter edges, flush trimming tight corners and high production projects. The miniature bearing router bits can be used on wood and plastics and come in a variety of profiles including round over, chamfer, flush, bevel trim and rabbet. Amana Tool’s miniature bearing router bits are uniquely designed with a ball bearing at the bottom end of the bit, eliminating burnout caused by brass pin-piloted bits. The cutting edge of each router bit is engineered from an Amana-exclusive carbide grade designed to deliver the highest quality of cut, maximum cutting efficiency prolonged tool life. The bits can fit into tight spaces and sharp corners where a larger diameter bearing cannot, making it easier for users to work on finely detailed work pieces that have intricate contours, tight confines and narrow openings. The series’ innovative design also delivers a consistent edge that eliminates hand sanding or filing, thus saving users time and labor.

Perfect size
Bought this to round over projects with very tight areas and it works absolutely great, love this little bit.

First use and I'm impressed
Purchased this bit to break the edges on a custom design cutting board for a client. Used in my makita lxt cordless router. Speed slowed down to 5, took the full cut of the radius only in one pass on an end grain hardmaple and walnut cutting board. Clean smooth rounded edges even in tight 90s. Only finish sanding at 220+ was needed. All edges on the board in my photo were rounded with this bit except the front edge and finger holds.

Does what it says but not a true round over
Gets into to tight spaces but you cannot change the plane of operation and achieve the same profile as it is not a true round over.

Most-used bit in my shop
I absolutely love this bit. On my second one (lost the first), Bought it originally for adding small round overs to face frames but now use it to soften the edge on almost everything. The small bearing allows one to route edges across inside corners seamlessly- face frames, drawers, picture frames… Also works great for adding a small shadow line if pieces are routed before glue-up. Highly recommend.

Lasted about ten minutes
Seemed like a nice tight radius but but the bearing either broke or flew off and disappeared after using it twice.

Perfect for round over edges after assembly.
Because of the size of the bearing, this bit will do a good job going all the way to the corner even when you work piece is already assembled.

Works great for fine detail work
I bought this bit specifically to remove tabs on parts that come off the cnc, but have since used it on nearly every project in my shop. The small diameter creates a very appealing profile almost as if you just knocked the edge off with a sander. It's very modern, oddly enough reminds me of an iphone, and all my clients have been impressed. I will be buying many more of these bits and can't recommend them any higher. Should be in every router drawer.

Very Fine Finish.
This was a bit of a step up for me in terms of spend on one bit. But I needed a really nice fine finish to something I was working on. This bit did a fantastic job and is well worth the price paid.

Not great for softer woods
The miniature bearing is so small that even with light pressure it can leave an indentation against the guiding face of your piece. Unless you're using it to get into tight corners you're better off with larger fullsize bearing with the same cut radius.

Worked perfectly.
We needed a 1/8" radius roundover bit with a small bearing to get into tight inside corners and have the length from the top of the cutting edge to the bottom of the bearing under 1/2". Worked perfectly.
