Surprising Workout!

I really like this! It's a workout that doesn't feel like a workout. I'm so distracted by trying to keep my balance that I'm not focused on anything else. It isn't until I step off that I'm aware my legs have been working. Part of it is probably that weird, wobbly feeling you get like when you step on land after being on a boat and you have to remember how to walk normally again, but there's also that post-squat feeling. I'd only advise taking it slow at first because if you've never used something like this before you could easily over do it. Great experience with my first Amazon Basics purchase. I'm very satisfied!

Great value

My Physical Therapist had me using a wobble board as part of my rehab for an Achilles tendon injury. I wanted one for home and this fit the bill perfectly. I was hesitant about this because the price was so low but it is very sturdy and just as good as the one my PT has.

You do NOT need to pay $20-$30 more. This is a great deal.

The balance board is great for abs, butt, hips, legs, ankles, and more. It's not easy at first, but you get better and stronger with consistent use. You can't hang clothes on it! It's on the floor and ready to balance on when you feel like it! I only do it with my hiking boots on due to an ankle crack years ago. Happy with my purchase.

Keeping engaged

Little smaller than expected. Works well though for simple home gym use and physical therapy exercises.

Improve your balance.

Was getting concerned about my balance so bought this and use it 4 times a day for 5 minutes. I'm definitely noticing better balance as I'm able to stay on this longer during each session.

Very sturdy & easy to use!

I like it a lot! After reading the reviews, I put a square of no-slip shelf-liner under it & only use it on carpet, no problems with it slipping out from under me. Very sturdy construction & I like the no-slip stuff on the top so you feet are stay on it (I wear just socks when I use it). I bought another, more expensive brand, but they are identical in quality, so save yourself some $$ & get this one!!

Good Value, Does The Job.

This balance board is good value for the money. It’s well made and although you can’t adjust the height of the plastic dome underneath for height it works very well at the height that it is. I’m happy with this purchase.

Does what it says on the tin!

Wanted one of these for a while to add to my core training, the benefits of using shouldn’t be underplayed when done correctly. Opted for this one because it was generally cheaper than the others I’ve seen but didn’t look any less effective. Good little piece of kit to add to the home gym, would recommend. One slight criticism is the ball underneath could be slightly bigger to increase difficulty but I’m being picky.

The right product for you.

Excellent product, light weight and seems to be durable.The upper coating is good and will not let you slip. Take precaution while exercising that don't place it on marbles or tiles as the lower portion will tend to slip.better do it on a mat.It is mentioned in the guide book . Its value for money.must go for it .Best for core exercises and can be done by all age group.Advance delivery,Thanks Amazon.

Good quality and good balance exercises

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this works well. No complaints! It has a hard plastic base at the bottom. If you use it on carpet/rug then it is easier to balance. If you use it on a hard surface, it is more likely to spin, and so it is much more challenging. I bought this for balance training which is supposed to be very good for ADHD. I would avoid using this on hardwood floors. I think it could possibly scratch or dent wooden floors.

Great to use

Great to use. I found it difficult on a hard floor but easier on a carpet. Some of the grandkids can do it anywhere.
