DID WHAT ITS SUPPOST TO!!!

Re sealed the entire roof on my 37ft camper with it did 3 heavy coats, worked great, looks good, flows into the spots that needed it most, sealed up a couple small leaks. After 3 weeks the entire roof looks great, did notice a heat difference in my camper as well.

Primed with Blue Max first. Worked great

Manufacturer said to prime with Blue Max and then apply Iron. I used it on the tops of cargo containers. Worked fantastic. No more holes rusting through the roof.

Expecting a Lower Bill

While I haven't gotten my first electric bill since applying the product, I can report that it was easy to apply and went farther than I was told. A roughly 300 sf surface took at least 4 coats.

Rip off

This stuff is awful. It states that it will dry in 4 to 6 hours. I put it on and it rained 24 hours later and every bit of it washed out into my yard. I call the company and they refused to do anything.

Great Product. $30.00 cheaper from Ames Laboratories

Currently - $169.00 and free shipping from Ames Laboratories. Iron Coat is great stuff..but why pay $30.00 more than you have to for a 5 gallon pail. The one star is for the $201.00 price.

Best elastic roof cover I'veever found.

I put two coats on my travel trailer four years ago and it has kept my trailer warmer inside during the winter and cooler in the summer. It has ended the possibility of leaks around the edges of the roof where there is normally caulking and trim.
