didn't work so well on a lot of damage i had to the back of my a/c unit, i had to use a thin razor knife to get the majority of the bent/flattened area first, then use the comb.

Doesn't really work on a home AC exterior foil, the fins are finer than this comb really works for.

Sturdy and inexpensive, I supposed this works as well as any condenser fin straightener.

It works

We moved into an apartment with an AC unit that the previous tenants had run without a filter and all the fins were bent, resulting in the flashing filter alert light flashing. I researched various fin straightening tools and this seemed the best, I watched videos on Youtube to see how to use it, and it worked a treat, I had to use it up and down and right to left to straighten the fins, they weren't perfect but they were a heck of a lot better. Don't try to fit the metal comb in between the fins, just go for it, stroke the tool up and down the fins and they will straighten out.

Not great

My plastic tool does a better job. This can actually tear the fins of you are not careful.

Great product and invention
