Microphone broke in a day

I Worked a part time security job at a local Club and the microphone stopped transmitting properly on the 2nd day I used it. If you were on another radio listening to this mic is was super distorted and sounded almost underwater. Just a waste of money. Ps. There was another buddy that bought the same exact one a few weeks later and the microphone did the exact same thing to him. Clearly a defective product don’t waste your money!

Had good luck with my first one lasting about 6 months ...

Had good luck with my first one lasting about 6 months of regular use. Ordered a new one when the mic went out and the new ones mic lasted 1 day before it turned to garble. Replacement ordered, will update with new results. Update: they got the replacement out FAST. It seems to be working well.

Great surveillance kit

Great surveillance kit, one of the best I have owned so far. Very durable and mic pickup is solid. My only bad is that I accidentally dropped the mic in the water when leaning over, so I had to get another one.

Most durable Motorola surveillance headset I know of.

Mine finally died after 4 years of use (the mic, speaker still works fine). I asked some of my crew how long these usually last, they said "3 months". I am definitely buying this one again.
