Sturdy, attractive, excellent at keeping hot food hot.

The straps and zippers are good quality, the handle snaps closed and the padding makes it comfortable even when carrying a heavy load. (My handle buckle did snap closed even when both layers of the carrier were full). It's not obvious, but when the top zipper opens you get access to the upper compartment (and its separate zipper). It's clever; similar to how expanding luggage works.

Great Product!

Got this Food Carrier for my mom for Christmas and she loved it! It's very well made, very convent for big dishes like casseroles, lasagna, etc. and was packed/delivered with care. :)

Amazon was timely in shipping, but it delivered through UPS and got here too late for when it was needed (Thanksgiving!) Looks good though…

EDITED REVIEW: My original review (see below in its entirety) was for 3 stars, in which I noted that the product arrived to me missing a piece and that I couldn't get anyone to get back to me. However someone at the mfr read my review here, reached out to me, and replaced the missing piece, no questions asked. Therefore I've added this edit to my review and changed my rating from 3 stars to 5, since that was the only thing wrong with it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I want to review this at 5 stars because I've used it several times and it completely rocks as far as what it's supposed to do (keeping food hot for LONG periods of time). But I also want to review it at 0 stars because I can't get anyone in customer service to get back to me about a missing piece; maybe I should have contacted Amazon instead of trying the contact information on the product documentations? Whatever the case, it arrived without the "dish holder/trivet that allows you to take hot food straight out of the oven and place it inside the carrier." Since it very specifically states in the instructions that you have to use that part, I left one voicemail and one email at the contact points on the product documentations, but nobody got back to me ... for like over a month now. Now as I said, I've used it (I use a towel instead of the missing piece) and boy oh boy does it do its job well — I've kept food warm for hours, once from home to a work lunch potluck and once on a short road trip — but that missing piece and crappy customer service isn't worth it. I would definitely not buy from here again.

Nice carrier

This is a great carrier. It's pretty and holds a lot of items, including my largest casserole pans. The food stayed nice and hot. It made transporting food and serving items to our family reunion easy and we got compliments on it. Only flaws (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that as others mentioned, the handle won't stay snapped when the carrier is full. Not a big problem for me but it sure seems like it would be easy to fix. Also there is a strong, unpleasant, odor which didn't go away even after a few days of airing it out. But when the casserole was in it, all you could smell was yummy food.

As advertised!

I’m really enjoying this carrying tote, The only downside I will point out I saw Anna review before purchasing it was that when fully expanded the carrying arms can’t be reconnected with the buckle strap. That really hasn’t been an issue so I don’t really mind that. We have about a 45 minute commute to family events and our stuff stayed the same temperature as when we put it in which was perfect! So far I’ve only used it for toting hot items and room temperature I haven’t tested it for cold items.

Peut contenir un plat de pyrex pour lasagne, etc.

Glacière très spacieuse et bonne isolation. Mes icepack restent froids durant 7-8h dans le chalet de ski! Poignée un peu courte et difficile à prendre. Une bandoulière aurait été appréciée aussi.
