So useful...

I would have given this 5 stars, considering how much I love this useful, little item. But some of the spool holders don't fit into the holes easily and you have to really give some effort to turn and push them in. But once in (took about 10 minutes), they hold spools of sewing thread neatly. There is enough room between the spindles that the thread spools aren't crammed in and your spools are easy to remove. Looks extremely nice and sits nicely on my sewing table. Can also be hung on the wall. I love to glance over and see my colorful spools of thread. Will be buying another.

Product damaged before shipping

The box this came in wasn't damaged at all, which means this product was already damaged before shipping. Very disappointing. And I don't know what is meant by "sheerness," so it was given 1 star.

Just the right size

This unit fits perfectly in the space allotted. the only drawback that I can tell so far is that it isn't real study if moved or bumped. I would recommend if it's to go in a place not susceptible to excess movement.

Very sturdy, I order 8 and two came with a minor crack in the wood ( nothing glue and clamp couldn’t fix). feels sturdy and well put together. Made of wood which is a plus, not cheap plastic. FYI the short inserts go on the back row. 2 will fix in art box storage system which I have also purchased to store my thread dust free. I recommend this item

Spool/thread holder

I was disappointed in this product, there was a chemical smell to it when unpacked and the low level holes are to small and you can not get the pegs in. I’m sure I can either drill them a little large later or possibly tap them in with a hammer. Its scratched up on top and and along the side. It just does not seem to be clean or constructed well. The post come in a small bag with two screws if you want to hang on the wall. Take note that the pegs come in two sizes the shorter are for the lower row. Also the rounded edges are to stick out.

Looks very Cheap!

If looks matter to you, this product is not for you. I was amazed at how crudely made it is. It had been repainted and touched up (badly). Mine is in a draw so I did not return it.

ehh

These look poorly made. Paint chips all over it. I suspect they used to sell them in natural wood color and decided that white would be better so sent a bunch to be spray painted but they look like a novice did the painting. It does work well though for my needs, just looks cheap
