Neccessary for neck fracture

I broke my neck and needed a second hard brace on hand so I would be continually in a brace, and be able to clean the other brace and pads. This brace did the job.

I'm little and it still fit tightened all the way up. Ordered Friday, got it Sunday

If I need one, I need one and it came quicker than one the doctor was going to order and it came to my house and it was way less money. Holds my head on a good angle and can be tightened so much I can't move my head at all and it lifts my heads weight so the C2 fracture can heal without pain. I wear it very little now as it did it's job and I can get along without it. If you need one this ones just fine, and comes quick. Follow doctors directions. I found not to drive with it on. Police may stop. If you can't look around. don't drive a car. I was good enough after week and that I could drive with it off, avoiding bumps and quick movements. Put it right back on once home. doctor said not to wear it more than 5 hours. So I did 5 hours twice a day with 3 hours off in the middle. didn't try to lay down with it on, used pillows and rolled up blankets in bed. If you need one, this is fine and way less expensive than others. works fine.

Do not purchase if your neck is 17" or more!

I was able to get this brace on twice with assistance from my wife and it did provide some relief, but the feeling of strangulation was too much to bear so I returned it. Giving 4 stars because I think the product is good if you have a smaller/normal neck, but it really needs just a little more flexibility in the sizes to accommodate us all.

I prefer the Miami style with thicker plastic. This is ok though as some people may like it as well or better than the Miami.

Very disappointed

This is nothing like I expected. It is VERY cheaply made. . It does the job . Which I suppose is enough. But I do not expect it to last very long. As I said it is very cheaply made. If I did not need it so badly. I would return it and order a different one .

I needed a second neck brace for my daughter's recovery, and found this. It is the exact same one we got from the hospital, and works great.

Better than rx orthodic

This is $100 cheaper than the COPAY on the rigid collar we got from an orthodics place by prescription. It is also FAR better quality, and does not cause my daughter any pain. The rx one hurt pretty badly where it sat on her upper chest/collar bone.
