Worth it !

I bought for for a quick apply during the day and I was no disappointment. Fits into your hand bad and the consistency isn’t thick. Also very easy to apply . My only issue is there is a white cast and so I’d had to blend it a bit with my hands so I couldn’t wear makeup with this. However it is a Korean brand and I know how colourist their products can be so I’m not too shocked

This is a mineral sunscreen, so it leaves a white cast, as expected. I'm totally ok with that since this was intended for my toddler. Gives good sun protection.

Soft to the touch. Hope this won't sting my eyes

I purchased this Aveeno Positively Mineral sun stick together with Neutrogena Sheer zinc kids sun stick. They are both manufactured by Johnson and Johnson, and both came with the same expiry date (2021/10). They feel pretty much the same applying on the back of my hand, smooth and soft. They don't really leave a white cast. I finally made them show on my hand after 4 swipes. This is my first time getting sunscreen in stick form. I am more used to cream and liquid sunscreen, both mineral and chemical. But recently watched a few youtube videos made by different dermatologists and they all said we should apply sunscreens on eyelids and around our eyes. All my exisiting cream and liquid sunscreens sting my eyes. Too painful. So I thought I should give sun sticks a try. Hope they work out and don't sting my eyes ???????? Update (13/2/2021): After a month's daily use, they both stay very well around my eyes and don't budge. No sting-y nor watery eyes after 10 hours wear.

Changed My Life

As someone who's only been moderately concerned about sun exposure for the majority of my life, I've had to get more serious about it in the past few years. I've tried various products, but they either fail or cause breakouts on my face. This year was especially bad since I've been out of the pool for more than a year and lost my protective tan. As a result, my face would practically fry to a crisp during every practice. This was while wearing sunblock. I stumbled across Aveeno a couple of weeks ago and my life is changed. It's not greasy so my nose clip stays on. It doesn't leak into my eyes under my goggles. But most importantly, my face no longer burns to a crisp at every practice. Granted, I'm not great about reapplying, but this lasts long enough that I still don't burn during the back half of practice. Thanks to Aveeno, there's one less crispy artistic swimmer in the world!

I like it!

This a great product! It applies and spreads easily. Because it's zinc-oxide based, it does leave a little bit of white cast (like any other zinc-based product). I especially like the stick because it's so easy to apply to just the ares that you are trying to protect (like tattoos)!

Dog bite coverage

My daughter was bitten by a dog nearly a year ago, several lacerations to her face deep. Shriners hospital recommended sunscreen that wasn’t oily so that silicone tape could properly stick.. I guarantee I have purchased over 20 different kinds since it’s happen & this one is where it is at. Her dr said her bite was one of the best he has ever seen healing & he fully believes it is due to the proper use of sunscreen & the silicone tape! So definitely worth the purchase if you’re looking for proper protection!

Good to use around eyes area

I purchased the stick version of this. The size is as big as deodorant stick. For the price point, I am happy because some mineral sunscreen sticks are too small in size but sold at the same or higher price. I have medium skin, and this sunscreen definately cause a slight white cast. I only wear it around my eyes area (because it does not burn my eyes). For the rest of my face, I wear chemical sunscreen that's more medium skin tone friendly. This product is not too creamy, but not too diffult to apply. I found it to be decent. It also receive good rating from EWG in term of protection and UVA/UVB balance (only the stick version, the lotion version rating from that website is not really good, I don't know why).
