Good mount but has it's flaws

Firstly let me start by saying this is a good low profile, easy to install TV wall mount. With that said, it does have it's issues. I don't know if this was just mine or if they all come like this from the manufacturer but the supplied washers only fit the smaller bolts. They do not fit the larger bolts you will use for larger TV's so I could not use the washers. Also they did not supply enough of those black plastic spacers. I hung a Samsung 65" TV and had to use washers I took from a previous wall mount because this company only supplies 8 of them and I needed 12. This was due to the only bolt that would work for my TV were the longer M8 bolts. This added extra space between the TV and the brackets leaving about a 1/4" gap between the TV and mount. If the manufacturer would supply more of these plastic washer and metal washers that will actually fit the larger M8 bolts I would give this mount a perfect 5 star rating. I know a lot of these mounts fine print says they fit "most" TV's. Well, add the extra parts and your mount will fit ALL TV's.

Works great on drywall

Works great. Instructions are a little crazy looking but it does the job well. Great for my 58" on drywall.

exactly what I was looking for.

this wall mount is exactly what I was looking for. I just moved and had to install on a wall with no studs. I have a 75" and my TV is super heavy so I was skeptical but it's super sturdy and super easy to install. it also can slide easily to the left or right so if you didn't hang it completely centered you can just scoot it whichever way to get it perfect.

Works, not impressed with hardware

Used it to install a 43 inch 16lbs TV. The brackets are reasonable but the hardware that came with it is not the best. I just didn't trust it. I opted to use self-drilling drywall anchors instead. Each self-drilling anchor is rated at 63lbs. Two of the holes found a stud and didn't require any anchors, the rest was fastened on self-drilling drywall anchors. Is that overkill? maybe, but I rather have that, than the TV falling.

Great TV wall mount for no stud mounting.

Overall not too hard to install just takes time, pretty sturdy so far as I have hung my 58" and its holding very nicely. The construction is very solid and quality is great. Supposed to get an HDMI cable, never came in the box. Just the wall mount, but if you need a solid non-stud mount, I would recommend this one, I am pretty sure even 65" would not be an issue as long as you keep it under the weight restriction.

Worked great. Was about to pay someone $120 to have my tv installed. Managed to get my husband to do it. No drilling. Instruction manual was very unnecessarily difficult. Lots of spare pieces that gets u confused. But once u get it its super easy to install. Felt like i was looking at a physics textbook with that manual tho...

bolts not compatible with Samsung Q

Overall the product is ok but make sure to buy your own M8 45mm bolts (4) Supplied bolts are way too short and you won't be able to attach the two vertical rails to the back of the tv. This applies to all Samsung Q series, 43" and up.

misleading user instructions

The mount is sturdy, but the installation instructions is quite misleading. I had the drywall screws bent because the instructions not well wrote ( actually nearly all pictures but no words... )
