Has an odd smell for the first few uses but still 5/5
These work great! I put it in the microwave for about 60-90 seconds, and they feel great on my neck. Only problem is that the first few times I heated these up, they had an odor. It's not exceptionally unpleasant, it's just something I noticed. After a minute of having them on my neck I kind of forget about the odor anyway.

Very practical hotpack! I had an older version without seams and the filling shifted constantly. This style works much better. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed.

When it's heated, it radiates through my back and provides wonderful relief!!
Back and side pain were the reasons I ordered them, and they did the job from the beginning. Also, whenever it cools down, it only takes a few minutes to heat up again, and it's ready for use again!!

Bed Buddy has burn hole and is smoldering after heating in microwave. Not safe. Inspect well after heating.
