Poop in comfort and quietly

The slow close feature is good for lazy people that drop the lid all the time. It gives your toilet a luxurious feel, smooth and quiet. Love it. The only draw back is the very loud and scary reminder that I forgot not everyone have this in their toilets.

Nice product, but didn't get correct installation parts.

This is an expensive toilet seat, but had all the features I wanted and the correct color. We love it. However, I didn't give it 5 stars because the seat did not come with a correct, complete Flip Cap Hinge Seat Installation package. We had to fuss, and figure out how to obtain it. Amazon provided the Beamis phone number who did send out the correct hardware, but, it took another week to get it. Quality assurance processes are still very important for customer satisfaction. Luckily, we didn't need this immediately.

Really built well and easy to install

Sturdy...I'm over 250 lbs so a heavy duty seat is essential and this is very sturdy. Also the seat floats down which is great.

Slow moving and no slamming of cover.

It was hard to remove old attachments. Color is lighter than old bone color-too light. Old one was sturdier. This is the third one in 10 years-breaks too often. Mechanism is changed too often-confusing. My wife likes this slow moving cover.

A great product

This is a Bemis product and like all Bemis products it's first rate. It's the little touches that matter, for example it has separate rubber bumpers on the seat that contact the stool rather than the integral bumpers that cheaper seats have.

Product great, but delivery was horrible

The toilet seat itself is fine, but I had a big problem with the delivery. The box arrived open, and appeared to not be sealed properly. All the installation hardware and directions were missing. Luckily, I was replacing an existing Bemis seat, and it fit the old mounting hardware OK. So, I did not bother with a return. Whoever prepped the shipment was not having a good day...
