Total Rip-off

Received the glass the next day as promised. It looked nice and I was excited to use it for my husband’s birthday. Before I poured the wine into it, I washed it in basic dish water. The entire “Birthday Squad” and all candles came off. It’s not like it soaked in the water. So frustrated. No warning or special cleaning instructions. Total rip-off. This was one very expensive glass that isn’t worth much! Wouldn’t recommend this or any other similar glasses made by this company
