Great bit
Great bit for the fraction of the cost of a dado stack!

Beware: this bit may not actually be 1/2 x 5/16 Straight with Top Bearing 1/2 Shank. The bit I was sent when I ordered this item has the exact same model number, 85674M, but its dimensions are all different: 1/4" cutting height, 1/2" cutting dia, and 1/4" shank. Googling reveals listings for both that 1/4" shank bit and the 1/2" shank bit under the same Bosch model number, 85674M.

Excellent bit
In the past dozen years or so of ordering router bits, these are BY FAR the best I have used. Accurate, sharper, stays sharp longer than other bits. The absolute best feature, at least for my use, is that there is not a large gap between the actual cutting blade and the bearing/guide. This allows me to make very shallow cuts when using a template.

excellent bit, lousy bearing
Really clean cuts, no issues at all. I just finished a shelving system that required many dados in nasty MDF. This bit handled the job perfectly. 9/5/15 Bought this in May. The bearing fell apart today. ruining the bit. It is not a ball bearing, just a poorly sealed sleeve bearing that likely over heated. Have to downgrade my review.

Right Tool for the Job
Perfect for increasing the depth of existing channels or following shallow templates.

You advertise this router bit as having a !/2" shank. It does not. It has a 1/4" shank. Extremely disappointing!!

No dimensions diagramed.
I would like to buy the Bosch Router bits but it seems they don't correctly identify the dimensions! What shank size are these? Add a little more correct info and you will sell more.
