Amazing Activity Bouncehouse

Put this in our “dining” room because we don’t have any furniture in there and could not have made a better Christmas gift for our 4.5 yr old. It’s so much more than just a bounce house which is great for my only child. We can throw balls with him without having to climb inside, but he’s content playing solo with the jumping and sliding and “cave” hiding. If this bouncehouse option is on your list and in your budget, don’t hesitate.

Great bouncy house for 2 1/2 to 5 1/2 year olds - one of the best toys we've purchased!

We've owned two bouncy houses now, both Amazon purchases, and they each have pro's and cons. This bouncy house is more of the 'obstacle course' style playhouse, versus the straight up, 'let's bounce like crazy people' house we had prior. The advantage of this house is that it offers a lot for little kiddos to do - my 3 year old loves it, and that's probably the right age for this thing. My 6-year old loves it too but only because he likes terrorizing my 3 year old by chasing her around and around the thing and doing daredevil jumps from the slide into the house. I'd say the ideal age for this is from 3 to 5.5. Any younger than 3 and they may have trouble climbing up the 'ladder' to get to the slide, and older than 5.5 and the house will feel too small. But if you're in that sweet spot, it's a lot of fun. It's got a great slide, small room to bounce, a little tunnel to get into the house from the side, a (flimsy) basketball hoop, and two big 'holes' to jump in and through dividing the main house area. The only downside I see is that there's not a lot of protection from falling off the top area of the slide. We're a little crazy with safety with the kiddos so we toss some bean bag chairs along that side of the house in case a kid falls off the edge (which has happened when they were rough housing). The only other cons is that this house is considerably more heavy than some of the non-obstical course houses, which makes take down and rolling up the house itself more challenging. Whereas with our previous bouncy we would put it away after each use, we tend to leave this one outside a few days in a row - we live in California so the weather isn't an issue. But honestly, it's not THAT heavy. Depending on how much it costs when you are looking at buying it, it's a pretty good investment. Between both of our bouncy houses we've got a TON of usage out of them. Probably the best toy we bought for the kids.

Kids love it, threads coming loose in first use

Threads in the seams are already pulling out in just first use. The blower is very high quality, it seems. The kids really enjoy it. Hope it lasts a while, but I expect it may not.

Worked with many kids

I really like this bounce house! I have been to a few parties at friends houses where they had some for their kids. I wanted one that was bigger and had some more fun aspects to it. It pops up in 2-3 minutes like it reports and it was very sturdy. I had probably seven 3-5 year olds in it at once and it held up. The house itself says a max of 4 individuals and a maximum of 100 pounds per individual so technically 7 30-50 pound kids could hold up fine and they did. It was nice they included some balls for a ball pit/bounce area the kids loved the tunnel and the climbing wall and they were climbing over all the areas of the house and I was panicking thinking they were going to destroy it but it held up really well despite the kids really putting some stress on it. Definitely would recommend.

Great but be careful!!!

This is actually a great little bounce house but there’s a few features that are a hazard. The slide is really rather dangerous. The edge curves and is low so it’s very easy to fall over on either side. I will fully admit I set this up on on pavers over foam pads and anchored it so the injury my child got was likely worse than it would have been had it been on grass… but even on grass the fall could be enough to cause injury. Lessons learned so now we have an adult on the end by the slide or don’t let them use that feature. Also the little hidden tunnel is perfect size for kids to fall out of. We lost a few that way but no injuries there just something to be aware of. Now that we know the “problem” areas and can take more precautions it’s not that we aren’t happy with it… it just seems poorly designed. But the kids love it.

Kids love it!

My kid loves it! I think it’s not too small that my 4-year old will still get a number of years of use out of it, and not to big for me or me wife to be able to drag it out ,steak it down, and inflate it. One thing I wish it had is a second air tube to allow easier deflating, as I’ve seen on some other bounce houses.

Great for small kids 2-8 yrs old

I bought this for my kids in lieu of one of those cedar playsets. I figured that I could put it away when they were not using it to preserve its condition. My kids are 2,2, and 6 and absolutely love playing on it. Per the manufacturer, you can get the bounce house wet as long as you let it dry before storing it (not a problem in Texas) and don't get the blower wet (common sense I hope). You can fold it up to the size of a large duffel bag and store it in a shed or storage bench. It comes with ground stakes for safety, but they are not needed unless it is windy or you have large, rough kids. The reason I gave this product only 4 stars is because the air tube was torn by my son shortly after we bought it. This is entirely his fault, but I feel like the material should have been stronger. He was attempting to move the bounce house by pulling on the tube and it tore right at the strap that connected to the blower. If you can avoid doing that same thing, I think this is a great toy/investment for your kids. CAVEAT: If you are considering this as a means to make money (like a rental), be forewarned that the material is not as strong as the commercial grade bounce houses, rental use voids the warranty, it has a max capacity of 400lbs (4x 100lb kids), and it's really only big enough for 2-3 smaller kids to play comfortably.
