Collar was exactly as it looked in the add. Cookies are very pretty, hardware was solid. Pretty easy to adjust but not floppy so likely wouldn't loosen up. Problem was We had to return it as even fully adjusted to the smallest size it was way to big for my dogs 13" neck ( it's advertised 11-17" ). Wouldn't suggest it for less than 15" neck but it could go much larger. Wish we could have kept it.

I love this collar. Unfortunately it was too wide for my dogs neck.

Disappointment

I don't usually write a bad review, but in this case, I was so disappointed I decided to make an exception. When I received this collar, it bore only a passing resemblance to the picture. The colors were washed out and faded, with some faded aqua mixed in the pattern. Not only that, though that was enough, but the size was way off. Not only was it too large for the dog I bought it for, but also too large for my bigger dog. I tried to contact the company, but got no response whatsoever. If I could give zero stars, I would still feel that it was too generous.
