Way too big

My dogs neck is 17 inches. This collar (15 - 26 inches) falls off even at the smallest adjustment. I'd exchange it for the smaller collar but would it actually be smaller?

Adorable and durable!

Perfect for my boyfriend’s dog who is a large lab mix (approx. 60lbs). He loves to wear it and even though he’s jumpy when putting on and taking off his collar and leash, the buckle used makes it so easy to clip it right on to him and makes going for walks so much quicker of a process to prepare for.
