Arrived Broken. Return Process Is Too Confusing

Excited to try out item but it doesn't power up. Plugged into socket but no flashing lights to show it is charging up the device and still shows it as red (losing charge). Attempted to return but seller has you go to their website and it's not worth it having to jump through additional hoops.

It's been a long time coming!

My favorite. It will work for almost an hour on one charge. So, if the party is expected to last longer, but multiples like I did. I can have a 6 hour party if I want.
