PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The CanDo latex-free exercise tubing PEP pack can be used for a progressive resistance exercise program. Each PEP pack comes with three different 6-foot tubing and an illustrated instruction/exercise chart. Easy Level comes with yellow, red and green exercisers. Each exerciser is packaged in a polybag. Simply remove exercise band from polybag and it is ready to use. CanDo high quality latex resistive exercise tubing has been used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning and training since 1987. It has become a staple of many physical therapy programs. CanDo exercise tubing is an economic solution for upper and lower body exercise. It is lightweight, portable and durable. Saves my exercise stick.

I was going to throw it out when the old tubing starting breaking. Had a little trouble getting a good knot to hold it in. Not the tubings fault for its original intended use.

These bands stretch

These appear to be stretchable bands. There are three diameters to the tubing. I suspect that each diameter provides a different level of resistance. I use the green one for my exercises. The other two I use to fool my grandchildren that I have exceedingly long licorice candies for them. They are disappointed every time. You should see their faces. It never gets old. Caution: Please do not try to eat any part of this product, the bands, the packaging, the envelope it came in, all are potentially harmful if consumed. Don't! A word to the wise..... They might be too long. I may try to adjust the length by purchasing the Levco Elastic Band Severer, but again, talk about your dangerous products, any kind of mayhem could break loose should you try to cut these bands into smaller increments. Hey, let's be safe out there. So far so good; the band (green) is a winner.

black tube defective

after a few months of minimal home use the black tube failed via the tube pulling apart. of course after the return and warranty time. very disappointed.

But I Don't Use it for Exercise

I needed a non-latex chewy tube for my autistic daughter who otherwise grinds her teeth. She doesn't like the chewy tubes that are sold as such but this work great I just cut off a piece and we're good to go. I'm sure they're pretty good workout bands too. :-)

Very good condition

These items will work but being a perfectionist it was disturbing that there were minor irregularities on two of the bands. Maybe they will 'stretch out" over time but I didn't think a 5 star rating was proper.

Sturdy product

Bought these to replace my flat bands. Found them hard to hang on to compared to the flat type. So I just tied knots on the ends. They do seem to be quite a bit sturdier. Don't care for using them for exercises where you are sitting on the floor and need to hook them around your foot bottoms because they roll. So we'll see how they hold up. Don't know if I would recommend these I think it's all in your preference.

Quality Bands

I was expecting thicker bands, but these are effective. And the variety of resistant levels makes the entire kit a valuable addition to any exercise routine. And the bag of attachments are very helpful.

Good price for 3 pack assortment

These were a good price for an assorted 3 pack of higher tension tubes, which I use to rehab my rotator cuff. My old ones finally disintegrated (not from this supplier) and I needed new ones. We'll see how long they last. Individual length is about 6'2"

Gute aber teure Ware

Die Bänder sind von guter Qualität, aber nicht so fordernd, wie ich gehofft hätte. Mit dem schwarzen kann man nicht viel anfangen. Das goldene und das silberne erfordern schon mehr Zugkraft. Wenn ich die beiden zusammen nehme, kann ich damit ein ordentliches Workout mit Bizeps-Curls und anderen Übungen durchführen. Um mich weiter zu entwickeln, brauche ich kurz- und mittelfristig jedoch mehr goldene Bänder. Deshalb bleibt mir jetzt nichts anderes übrig, als noch mehr vom goldenen Tubing zu bestellen. Dazu muss ich leider fast 8 Meter kaufen [siehe: Power Tube, Widerstandstrainer für funktionales Training, Länge 7,6 m, Cando® Exercise Tube, gold (ultra schwer)]. Immerhin kann ich so das goldene Band doppelt und später dreifach oder vierfach nehmen. Die beiden schwächeren (schwarz und silber) taugen dann immerhin für Zwischenstufen. Zum Vergleich: Mein Bizeps hat einen Umfang von sagenhaften 32 Zentimetern; Tendenz steigend.

I used tubing for a leg exercise machine . Cut to proper length & used connectors & hose clamps to make them.
