Didn’t work for us
We couldn’t fit the ice from our fridge in the hole because it was to big so not the best.

2 hrs of warmth!
I received this today and tried it immediately. I warmed (not boiling) some water in the kettle and poured it in. It stayed therapeutically warm for two hours. At the time of this review it has been 2 hours and 45 minutes and it's still a little warm with the pouch on, but warmer without it. I'm happy I bought it.

Ok but received the wrong color cover
I purchased this for my Dad. He loves it. I ordered the blue bag with the blue cover. He received a blue bag with a black cover. But other than that, it’s good.

A handy bottle keeps warm a long time.
This hot water bottle seals well and stays warm a while. I hope my review was helpful.

Sprung a Leak
The hot water bottle is a great way to help aches and pains from sore muscles and headaches from seasonal allergies among the many uses. We have three from various companies and we use them every day. This water bottle “was” our newest, purchased only last year and less than a year ago. Last night I filled it up as always and went to get ready for bed when my wife started scolding our son for opening the bottle and getting our bed wet. Except he didn’t. Shortly after we discovered it had sprung a leak and was shooting a stream of hot water whenever there was a little pressure on it. I thank god it didn’t pop because that hot water was very very hot and it was right next to my son. So while I would endorse a hot water bottle for its medicinal purposes, and I would definitely recommend keeping it away from children, this bottle appeared to have a defect/weakness. That being said, I’m basing this off my own experience and would recommend reading other comments to see if there is a pattern of defects. As with anything, there are always likely to be products which break unexpectedly and may have nothing to do with how you use it. I had bad luck with this one but had good luck that nobody got hurt. I’m not going to recommend it or try to convince you that it’s a bad product; just something to think about.

Good value
Does it jobs very well. The sleeve is thin enough for what to get through while being thick enough to not burn you.

Great alternative to an electric blanket!
I bought these as an alternative to an electric blanket. I used to have a blanket but when it malfunctioned and I was doing research to purchase a new one, I realized it was a safety risk (many of the reviews were citing issues with the blanket I had just disposed of). I missed my toasty warm bed terribly. I am happy to say that two of these bottles have done the trick. I purchased a three more so the rest of the family could enjoy a toasty bed as well. The bottles are sturdy, seal tightly and retain heat well (the water is still warm when I dump it the following evening) and the warmth is just right, not too intense. The fleece cover is comfy and stays in place. My only complaint is how much the price fluctuated, which I'm not sure has much to do with the product. I originally put these on my Wish List and they were around $15, but after the holidays purchased them myself and noticed the price had dropped to around $10. I understand some fluctuation, but that's a significant percentage.

Buyer Beware - not a "hot water" bottle
Not a "hot water" bottle. Box says not to use anything more than luke warm tap water, which is disappointing and defeats the purpose of why I purchased this to begin with. I may still use it for more of a cold compression pack, but buyer beware, this is NOT a "hot water bottle" - even when putting hot-ish water from the tap inside, it does not get to a comfortable heat to do anything that a proper hotwater bottle would do.

Small, can’t handle “hot” water and cannot returned
A “hot” water bottle that can’t handle “hot” water! Smh...to make it worse, it’s so small that it can render useless for any area of your body larger than the palm of your hand. Thankfully, the neck cracked after the second use and it was discarded where it belongs: the trash can. Giving measurements and the fact that it can’t be used with really hot water should have been mentioned in the description. Beware that you can NOT return this item because it’s considered a personal hygiene product.

It leaks and it's cheap plastic.
The hottest it takes is tap water. And the thickness of the bottle does not transfer the heat well. On top of that, it leaked - and soaked my mattress even when I got it sealed tight with the twist cap. My MATTRESS GOT SOAKED!! Did you hear that? Please don't buy this. This is NOT RUBBER, it's not even a high grade plastic. Really baffled how they can sell this kind of garbage. I almost want to ask for compensation for the soiled mattress.

Should have read all the reviews
The site description does not tell you that this "hot" water bottle only holds temperatures up to 49 degrees - had I read the reviews, I would've come across this. How can you call this a "hot" water bottle when it can only hold lukewarm water? Am very annoyed. And it's not returnable. And of course, Amazon makes it impossible for you to contact them. Ugh.

Not a hot water bottle. Does not give enough heat.
Not useful. I wanted a “hot” water bottle, not a “warm” water bottle. You can’t read the information on the product details or pictures, but once received, it tells you that you can’t put water more than 120 degrees in it. However, this is not hot enough as it doesn’t go through the thick plastic, which it seems to be, not good rubber. Whatever it’s made of doesn’t allow the heat to go through.
