Great extra original equipment blade
This blade is the identical blade that comes with the Chef's Choice Model 610 Food Slicer. It's called a multi-purpose blade rather than serrated in the slicer description. I'm happy to have an extra blade. I also bought a smooth blade for thin slicing of ham and bread, and a blade sharpener, both of those from "Everything Kitchens" I reommend the slicer, blades and sharpeners be purchased together as all are excellent high quality (I consider them commercial grade)

hard to find
this blade comes with the meat slicer, but not available from the company. Have a few rust spots forming on my old one, so happy to find this. cuts everything pretty good.

Yes, This Works Fine On The Model 609 Too
I prefer the serrated blade and found it works on my 609 slicer, it is just the same mount. I make my own sourdough bread and I need a sharp blade to cut the crust. I keep a spare blade on hand for when I need it.
