Cracks/ chips easily

I was so pleased to find glasses that were the right heft and had indentations to make it easier for my arthritic hands to hold. Perfect for me until one cracked down the side, then another chipped at the rim. I’ll use the last two as long as I’m able, but so disappointed. I’d have ordered more if they were not so imperfect. FYI, These were hand washed.
