Product good but missing some content

This liquid facial soap just arrived. Current picture upon taking out of box. Shipped and sold by amazon. Bottle was not in a closed position and must have leaked and dried by the time I opened the box. At least 1/3 of product is missing. HOWEver, contacted Amazon and secured a refund. I have used this product many times and happy with it. Their non-sensitive facial soap I find does bother my face so this sensitive one is much preferred by me.

Product is not the same anymore. Too watered down.

I’ve used this product for over 30 years and loved it…However, The product is so watered down now. It even pours off my hand before I can rub it into my face. The watery consistency allows it to get into the eyes and it stings a little. I don’t have it near a water source that could get into bottle, so that isn’t the problem. Please fix this! I miss the original sensitive skin cleanser.

Works on mascara & waterproof eye primer

It gets the job done. However haven't tested it on water proof mascara. But works on my water proof eye primer. It takes my make up RIGHT OFF!! ????????Note: I don't not wear a full face. Mostly eye, mascara, concealer and BB cream. It did NOT DRY OUT my skin and cause itching which I loved!!! It's is not moisturizing! but thats okay for me. I didn't not care for the texture It's thin which makes me use more compared to another brand Ive used. However with the make up I'm using I would Def buy again. I think it's good for the budget. They have definitely changed ingredients over the years.

Bright clean skin

I love this facial cleanser. It isn't harsh and my skin looks brighter after using it. Feels clean and fresh.
