Decent shopping basket for the price

Pros-opens and collapses easily, Retainer strap keeps it flat when not in use. Cons-doesn't seem as durable as the one we bought from Walmart (same brand, different color, Walmart one did not have keeper strap and feels more like canvas than nylon) thought they were identical until the new ones arrived. I will update after use if there are any issues with the ripstop nylon.

Useful and well thought out

This bag has magnets on the side and that’s how it stays up and folds down. Easy to breakdown and setup. Has enough room to store all the meat and eggs from the grocery store for the week.

Great but dont over fill

These are great but dont over fill. If you make too heavy and carry it will have wear and tear I love handing on hand in my car for light groceries But i also love that after i do laundry i can carry a small amount to each room to unload and then folds back up for easy storage For the price when on sale its worth it

Smaller than expected

I should have reviewed the specs for these bags. While the quality is fantastic, not many groceries will fit. We actually ended up using them for trick or treat bags on halloween, so I will definitely find a use for them but it won't be for groceries.

Very versatile & Easy to Use

I have used these so much since getting them. I use them to carry stuff back and forth from my camper, both at home and while camping. I also use them to carry groceries from the car. They fold really flat and have elastic to keep them folded nicely. What I love about them though is the stays on the sides that snap into place, which makes them stay up so they are easier to fill. Other bags just collapse on your or you have to hold them open with one hand, while filling with another! They are also super lightweight. The trade-off on the weight and how slim they are is that the material doesn't seem like it would last a really long time and I feel I have to make sure that nothing too pointy makes a hole in it. But so far that has not happened and I've been able to carry pretty heavy loads as well. I've only had them for a few weeks but so far they are holding up and I have used them quite a bit.

Excellent Shopping Bags!

I have CleverMade shopping bags in several sizes. I love them and use them constantly! I use them for shopping and for schlepping items back and forth, for packing to go camping, and for storing items that I need to organize until I have time to get to them. They are all-round super useful bags! The design is excellent and they pop up and fold down so quickly. I like them because the large, flat bottom keeps all my groceries (or whatever I am carrying) orderly and safe during transit. For example, when you buy liquid in a carton or bottle, it remains standing and doesn't fall over on all your other items (like delicate fruit, avocados, etc) as in a regular shopping bag. This means less bags to keep items safe and unbroken, less trips to and from the car, and less squashed or damaged items when I get home. The smaller size is better for those that have trouble carrying weight, so pack your jars and cans in these combined with a few lighter items to balance it out. But for lighter things, the larger size is a dream for things like veggies and chips and other light-weight items. I also have a couple of the quilted silver-lined CleverMade bags for frozen and refrigerated items. They are not designed to keep things frozen for any long period, but they do enable me to do another errand or two before heading home if needed. If you are only picking up a few items, you can use it as a hand basket while shopping. Cons = they are larger to carry into the store than the not as organized regularly shaped fold-up shopping bags, but I find the size and bulk is worth it.

Excellent shopping basket

These baskets are foldable, as well as nesting inside each other - either way it's easy to carry several along with me. Convenient for shopping, and they make it easier to get my purchases into the house when I come home.

already ripped on top side after first use

The first time I used one of the baskets it ripped at the top. When I put items into the basket I heard clicking on the side and wondered if I needed to hold the basket more firmly on the top. I put my fingers on the frame at the top and one of my fingers finger went through the navy material right under the lighter coloured band around the top. I did not over load the basket. The hole is not very big but does make me wonder about how sturdy these baskets are.

Do not use these baskets roughly, open gently and do not overload in weight.

They are compact when closed, light to carry, as you pack them you can sort your groceries. These can be used to lots of things to carry from one place to another. They might carry 5 pounds more than they say but no more. I like the fact that they stand on their own.

Very handy!

These are very compact when folded but hold a lot when open. Easy to assemble and pack groceries into them. Much better than bags and having stuff roll all around the trunk! Excellent gift idea. Thoroughly pleased!!

Lasted less than four months

This is my second purchase of snapbaskets. I was very happy with the purchase 2 years ago, and decided to buy a set of insulated baskets. However, after less than four months of purchasing and using the insulated baskets, the locking mechanism on one has stopped working and will not lock open. Very disappointed, and I really want this basket replaced. This is not an inexpensive purchase and I expect more for my money

Almost perfect.

I love the features and functionality of these totes. The only issue is that the handles are too short. They barely meet and if the tote is packed high or wide you won’t be able to grab both handles with one hand.
