Long term review

almost 2 year of use, still works fine, no leak no discoloring, the build quality is nice and I had no issue with the threads

Short Lasting !

Update ! Looks like this product made from aluminum didnt last long even in a home shop . Hissing started and had to change to the old couplings . Quality doesn't exist anymore ... From 5 Star , I went down to 2 . I will still purchase Milton products just not this particular design . UPDATE ! Final conclusion , this product is completely trash . I wish I could leave a 0 , all couplers are just plain trash . All I hear is a loud hissing on all of them . I put back the old and rusty coupler and they still seal better than these junkers . I will not buy anything aluminum again ...

Manually cutted...

I just received my fittings. First, one of my fitting have been 1/8" MANUALLY CUTTED. I work in metals for the past 8 years.. I can tell you if something have been cut or not. You can clearly see it in the images. Second, the male fittings are aluminium made.. and the material doesn't seems to be top quality. They will not last for a long time! Tried to contact them before make this review but there's no way on Amazon. To bad.

I don't know how Milton puts their name on these.

These are the worst connectors I have ever used. Milton has always been a reliable brand in the past and perhaps these are just a bad batch. I bought them to replace some cheapo connectors that came with my new hoses. ALL of these Milton connectors leaked where the thread enters the coupling no matter how they were taped with teflon tape. Light taping or heavy made not the slightest difference and I tried many times. Putting the old cheap connectors back on solved the problem easily. It is a shame because the actual male/female Type M connector worked beautifully and without leaks but they simply would not seal to the threads on any hoses. Perhaps just a bad batch but note these are made in China and not Milton's usual US production

Feel like they're made of plastic

The cheapest lightes connectors I've ever seen. Never seen a quick connect coupler this light. Seriously thought they were plaasticand I'm still not sure that they aren't. Bought these because I have connectors from 5 different companies and you'd think picking 1 and sticking with it would make them all for better but these don't fit together all at all. Color coding and light weight is convenient

Absolutely garbage don’t buy aluminum couplers

Absolutely garbage lasts one day in the shop already leaking made up my new air hose dropped the male end on the floor chipping and mushrooming the edge now won’t stop leaking impact gun same thing slid it across the floor causing an edge to immediately ware off and leak only thing worth the beans in this kit is the female couplers they seem to be ok however the aluminum marks so easily I don’t suspect there gonna last long ... don’t waste your money on this aluminum garbage people there for weekend warriors and people that work in pillow factories
