I made Indian "Kuli paniyaram" and they cooked evenly and came out without sticking. Love the pan. If they make one slightly bigger will get that too.

good pan
pro-easy to use about a tablespoon of batter per pancake and a cup total, just a sliver of butter and its not stick for at least a use or two. Con- the handle is poorly designed, it gets too hot to handle very quickly. Should be made with a much larger hole or slit down the middle to dissipate heat more efficiently would definitely buy again

Happy with product
Already seasoned and ready to go. Tested out my new aeblehskiver recipe from the Little Book of Hygge and it's great. I was hesitant to add another pan to the kitchen but it's small and storage isn't a problem. Even heating and I would order again. But I already have one.

Terrible. Not Recommended
I was exited to use this and ended up being disappointed. I bought this to make multiple tiny pancakes for my sister's bridal shower brunch event. I went to bed late from decorating the venue the night before and had my aunt make the pancakes the next morning instead. My aunt said the pancakes stuck to the pan so badly she would have to start over from being ruined by removing them. She even tried oil and it still resulted the same thing. And cleaning it was hell. But she took her time with it and cleaned it as best she could (see photos). I assume it was returned before based on the condition of the package when received (unable to upload video. But took a photo at least). I'll be returning.
